We’re a full service marketing and communications studio that helps deliver effective, on-brand, clear and concise communications across all media. Some of our clients choose to utilise the disciplines below on a stand-alone basis, others prefer us to manage and co-ordinate projects from end to end – from concept development, copywriting, design, re-touching through to print and mail management.

Emma has worked in the finance industry for over 26 years in a number of diverse marketing roles ranging from research and analysis to sales support, specialising in marketing communications for the last 22 years. As a co-founder of Salt, Emma takes great pride in delivering successful client outcomes. If there’s a grammar question that needs answering, Emma is our go to.
Andrew is a co-founder of Salt and has over 20 years financial services marketing communications experience both in Australia and the United Kingdom. At Salt he works with clients to craft enduring communication solutions, whether it be through copywriting, campaign management or lending his eye to creative direction.
Jayne has over 23 years experience in the design industry, 13 of those years being at Salt. She is an all-rounder with an agency background, happily running projects from end-to-end. Jayne is our Photoshop master and loves all things design. At Salt Jayne enjoys creative freedom to produce work of the highest standard for all our clients.
Nicki has worked within the design industry for 21 years, working with Salt for 11 years. She ran her own design consultancy for 10 years after graduating. During this time she gained considerable experience in project management, studio and account management, art direction, branding, graphic design, finished art and typesetting. Nicki is our icon queen!
